Lindsay’s love for design started at a young age. Her mother, an interior designer, provided and helped shape Lindsay with a keen sense of detail. Lindsay regularly worked alongside her mother, decorating homes and hosting celebrations, where she quickly discovered she had a deep rooted passion for event planning and design. She later expanded her love for culture and design while living in Florence.

After graduating from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, California, Lindsay gained professional experience in sales, marketing, event management, design, catering, and nonprofit events from a variety of industry experts. As a native of the East Bay, she has been surrounded by some of the best food, venues, and professionals in the business.

Lindsay’s relationships with event industry professionals, her organizational skills, and her creative style ensures that no details go unnoticed and that her clients’ events are executed flawlessly. Lindsay’s passion for perfection and service is what drives her.

Lindsay is a foodie, wine lover, philanthropist, and true optimist, and when she isn’t producing an event, she’s attending one. She is inspired by art, nature, helping others, traveling, and happy clients. Her joy is in serving others…by telling their story through the design and production of their event.

Hi! I'm Lindsay!

A love for organization and leadership has always come naturally to Kaelyn – something she brings to every LLE event. Her husband would say she is a bit over the top, but to her, it’s all about the details. A competitive dancer most of her life, Kaelyn’s experience with presentation and choreography, as well as her ‘sorority girl’ can-do attitude, play a role in her creation of events. After graduating from California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations, Kaelyn came back to her roots in the Bay Area to pursue her passion – events!

After testing out the non-profit sector, Kaelyn quickly became the Events and Funds Development Coordinator for St. Rose Hospital Foundation. There, she managed large galas, golf tournaments and the annual Wine, Women & Shoes event – raising more than $500,000 in just under two years.

Kaelyn joined LLE in 2012, after she and Lindsay were introduced through a mutual friend and quickly found that their goals and passions were strongly aligned. With a number of LLE weddings and events under her belt, she enjoys every aspect of the planning process, but gets most excited on the day of the event, when it’s show time… must be the performer in her!

Besides event planning and design, Kaelyn loves photography, fashion and spending time with her husband and their son.

and I'm Kaelyn!

Behind The Scenes

Here's a small glimpse into our world ~ timelines, toasting, table designing, and dress fluffing...there's never a dull moment and we wouldn't have it any other way!

Lindsay Lauren Events is a passionate company; we’re passionate about events and, more importantly, about people. When I started LLE, I knew I wanted to create a give back company and dedicate a portion of my business to causes that were important to me. I’ve had the opportunity to work with local charities in the community both personally and professionally. One of the organizations dear to my heart is World Vision. “World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.”

{Background} My husband and I traveled to Africa last year with World Vision for the behalf of the WASH project (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene). We participated first hand in the water project by visiting rural villages and learning about the effect clean water, sanitation and hygiene practices have on the African people. It was shocking to learn that women and children were, and in some places, still are, walking four to ten miles a day to fetch contaminated water; causing diseases, sickness, diarrhea and in some cases, death. Can you imagine? During our trip, we spoke with children and adults about their living conditions (before clean water and after), and the impact accessible clean water has on their lives. Health has improved, more children are in school learning, more adults are working, and their overall quality of life has improved drastically, all because of the WASH program.

I am excited to share that for each LLE event we plan, we will provide clean water for life for one child in Africa. No one can do everything, but everyone can do something.
